We have a hassle-free 30 day returns policy - if you don't love your Zayah jewellery, send it back and we will give you your money back. Here's how it works:
Our policy lasts 30 days, so please contact us at email@example.com to let us know you want to return the item. Your item must be unused and please do send the item back in the same condition that you received it which includes the original packaging.
Once your return is received and we have checked that the item is in it's original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we are processing your refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks and we will notify you when we have completed processing your refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Unfortunately, we are unable to bear the shipping costs when you return an item and the shipping costs that we originally incurred are non-refundable. This means, when you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive your returned item, we won't be able to process your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items most likely cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately, since we will send the refund to the gift giver, he/she will have to be notified about your return.
In the unlikely event that an item is delivered in a “faulty” condition, please notify us in writing within 7 days from receipt of the item. We will replace the item in this unlikely eventuality. Unfortunately, items mistreated cannot be replaced or refunded.
We are sure you will understand that any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, unfortunately will not be eligible for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Some other points to bear in mind:If you haven’t received a refund after the timeframe expected, please do first check your credit card/paypal/bank account again. Sometimes, these providers may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this, and the refund isn't in your account, then please do let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
