This is a silver plated adjustable oval cocktail ring made with polymer clay. The pattern on the clay is created using a technique called bulls eye lace cane with green and yellow. The polymer clay is fired, sanded and polished. These rings are handmade in our London studio and no two pieces are ever quite the same.
Cocktail Rings are a part of the Zayah Carnival Collection where jewellery is named after places that celebrate carnivals.
Cajamarca in Peru is one such place that celebrates the carnival. Cajamarca is a beautiful city in the northern Andean mountains. With a history going back to the Inca period, this city celebrates the carnival in February, with the carnival lasting for nearly a month. A variety of competitions are held during this period, including one for decorated cars and for dancing around a tree.
Maximum width of polymer clay face of ring ~ 25mm for both the oval and round variant. Ring shank can be adjusted and set for ring size from ~15mm to over 22mm ie in UK ring size terms J-Z+2.
