What's the Story?

Hestia is the Greek goddess of the hearth and home, presiding over the cooking of bread and the family meal.åÊ

Freshwater pearls particularly those in unusual shapes are known to be particularly irridescent. This is because the nacre is thick because these pearls have time to form for a long time approximately 3-7 years.

These pearls are also known as Biwa pearls, named after the original Japanese lake where they were first cultured. This pearl comes from China, the leading place in the world for freshwater pearls.
